NP here in Tx. I think the NP push for increased autonomy in this area is obnoxious. I think it’s important for each individual in the care team to know their role and limitations. This is an area of medicine that I would never feel comfortable in owning. I agree with everyone here on the thread. There’s much more to an NPS® survey than just the quantitative rating customers give to your business.
